International & Multicultural

Multi-cultural globeSchool Community

Our school community is made up from children who come from many countries, across the globe.

France

We are linked to Ecole Bapaume Primaire in Amiens, France. We often exchange greeting cards.

Chinese New Year

Each year in school, we celebrate Chinese New Year. Sometimes, we learn a new Chinese dance or eat Chinese food. Quite often we have parents who come in and help.

Dragon Dancing

International Day

In July we celebrate our multi cultural similarities and differences in school.. Parents and grandparents are invited in to talk to us about life in their home countries. We have watched Korean tea being made, we have listened to Scottish poetry and counted numbers in Armenian to name just a few.
